BeforeThe problem
Link Psychology, the virtual practice of Manu J. Sharma, M.Sc., R. Psych., ran on a Squarespace site. It worked, but the practice was boxed in by the template: awkward hero text wrapping, limited control over layout and performance, and an ongoing monthly platform fee with no ownership of the underlying code.
The solution
I rebuilt the site from the ground up as a custom Vue 3 + Vite single-page app, carrying over the practice's calm brand while tightening the typography and layout. It has dedicated pages for Counselling, Psychological Assessments, About, and Contact; prominent "Book a free consultation" calls-to-action wired to the practice's Jane booking system; and a spam-protected contact form via Formspree. It compiles to a fast static site that can be hosted anywhere, with no template lock-in.
The results
The rebuild gives the practice a hand-built, fast-loading site it fully owns, matching the polish of the original while removing template constraints and recurring platform costs. It now gives a clear path for prospective clients across Ontario and Alberta to book a consultation.
